Calvin Arsenault

Calvin is a strategic operations leader, leadership development creative, coach, and former Team Canada hurdler

dedicated to elevating the human experience within teams, systems, and organizations. 

He has led cross-functional initiatives across healthcare, academic, and executive

development settings, with a focus on aligning action with purpose. Drawing from his education in health

and human performance, solution-focused coaching, and business process management — and

informed by his personal leadership journey— Calvin brings an authentic, human-centered lens to

his work. He creates brave spaces for dialogue where leaders can reconnect with their values, challenge

assumptions, and collaborate with clarity and connection. Calvin is passionate about human-centered

leadership — not just as a concept, but as a lived commitment, grounded in the very systems in which we operate.

Katelyn Carey, BSN, RN

Katelyn Carey is an acute care nurse and clinical educator who has spent over 20 years helping

people survive and recover from physical and emotional trauma. Her background includes community,

pre-hospital and hospital care where she has served as a clinical educator, a director, and a

program coordinator for award-winning healthcare systems.

 

For two decades Katelyn has been responsible for designing, building, and teaching programs that support caregivers

in everything from community crisis nurseries to nurse and physician residency programs. Along the way she

began to dive into the research behind effective communication and care in high-stress spaces. Now, as a TEDx and keynote

conference speaker, Katelyn teaches others to increase their compassion and their effectiveness

through the principles of trauma-informed learning, holistic wellness, and cognitive science. The tools and resources

she has created have been utilized by cancer care organizations around the world. 

Claudia Cardozo

Claudia is the author of "Love Is the Path", a TEDx Speaker, and founder of InnateFive, a consultancy specializing

in corporate coaching and workshop facilitation. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Chopra Meditation Instructor,

and Diversity & Inclusion specialist, Claudia takes a holistic approach to personal growth and teamwork.


As a first-generation Colombian immigrant to the U.S., Claudia draws on her unique background to advocate

for compassionate leadership and foster inclusive cultures. She believes that love is a powerful force for creating

belonging, helping individuals feel valued, included, and empowered.

 

Claudia is a founding board member of the "A Loving Organization Consortium" and holds a

Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.

Darlene Cunha, MMHC, BSN, CENP-RN

Darlene Cunha MMHC, BSN, CENP-RN is a visionary healthcare executive with over four

decades of experience leading clinical and operational excellence across diverse healthcare

settings. Grounded in her nursing roots and guided by the Caritas principles of loving-kindness,

dignity, and human connection, Darlene has served in senior leadership roles including Chief

Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Medical-Surgical Nursing.

Renowned for her ability to lead complex systems through transformational change, she blends

strategic insight with a deep commitment to healing and wholeness. Her leadership fosters

cultures of compassion, accountability, and collaboration—prioritizing both operational

performance and the sacred nature of caregiving.

Michelle DeStefano, RN, MPA, NEA-BC

Michelle DeStefano is a Registered Nurse, Senior healthcare/Business Consultant

and Executive with expertise in driving strategy, clinical and operational

improvement. Her journey from diverse nursing roles to the high-impact position

of Chief Nursing Officer has provided her with a wealth of insights and practical

expertise, which has leveraged to guide other nursing leaders in their pursuit of

excellence.

With over 30 plus years of experience and dedication to the healthcare field,

comes a proven track record in inspiring individuals and teams to thrive at their

highest potential. Michelle has a proven track record of driving clinical and

operational performance, improving patient care experience through innovative

care delivery models, driving growth through referral and provider relations,

outpatient practice development and service line development, and developing

quality care models to decrease iatrogenic hospital acquired infections.

One of her most challenging but rewarding roles as a nurse leader was to lead a

large teaching facility to Magnet Accreditation, the highest award granted a

hospital organization. This illuminates her skill at facilitation and the

understanding of organizational culture shifts that transform the leaders as well

as the clinical and administrative staff to a high reliable organization.

Most recently, Michelle has transitioned and pivoted her career to that of Career

Influencer/ Executive Coach serving dynamic health care leaders. She founded

SOAR Executive Coaching for Health Care Leaders in October 2021. She also

founded, October 2023 the Healthcare Leader Mastery Inner Circle program to

facilitate and coach healthcare leaders on resiliency, skill mastery, career

advancement and pivots, and the underpinnings of surviving the healthcare

landscape.

As an Executive Coach for Healthcare Leaders, she specializes in transforming

competent healthcare leaders into high-performing executives. She utilizes her

extensive background in clinical operations, strategic planning, and performance

improvement to deliver tailored coaching strategies. This empowers her clients to

navigate their challenges, optimize their performance, and lead their teams more

effectively in today's complex healthcare landscape.

Michelle earned both her Bachelor of Nursing Degree and her Master of Public

Administration Degree from Penn State University. To continue her self-

development and continuous learning philosophy, Michelle received her board

certification in Nurse Executive Advance and is certified as a John Maxwell Coach,

speaker, and trainer. She was recently awarded her coaching accreditation

through the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). This

accreditation, to be trained at the highest level of mastery in the field of coaching

continues to recognize Michelle as a sought-after Elite Influencer in the

healthcare landscape.

Michelle is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Texas

Organization of Nurse Leaders, Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses’

Association, and the National Association of Women Business Owners. Michelle

serves as a mentor for up-and-coming high school careerists looking to start their

own businesses.

Michelle is also a member of the midcrop club, an exclusive female platform for

female keynote speakers. She delivers workshops, webinars, and keynotes about

leading with impact and influence in healthcare landscapes and corporate settings

In her spare time, Michelle loves to exercise, play golf, and travel in addition to
spending time with her husband and two daughters.

David Dibble

David Dibble is the creator of 3D Healthcare, a revolutionary systems-improvement
model designed to transform healthcare delivery from the inside out. Unlike traditional models
such as Lean or Six Sigma, 3D Healthcare offers sustainable improvements in quality of care,
patient experience, staff well-being, and profitability-both in frontline care and C-Suite
operations. With over 20 years of consulting experience, David has authored three books
on 3D Healthcare, including a case study on its successful implementation. Inspired by
his time with don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements", David integrates these

Jen Fraser, Ph.D.

Jen Fraser, PhD is an author, educator, and international presenter on bullying and abuse cultures.

She examines the way in which abuse cultures operate and strategizes on ways to transform

them into healthy, happy, and high-performing cultures. She debunks workplace and social

myths with brain science. She replaces outdated belief-systems with research. She is an

informed believer that change is possible especially when we factor in brain science. Her approach

is empowering and inspiring and lays the groundwork for positive, sustainable, and healthy change.

Apurv Gupta, MD, MPH

Dr. Gupta is an expert in driving transformational change for leading healthcare systems. He is a
thought leader in physician engagement, change management, quality transformation,
and leadership development. He coaches and mentors healthcare leaders to
help them lead transformation efforts for their organizations.
An Internal Medicine physician by training, he has held positions as Medical
Director, Chief Medical Officer, Vice President of Network Performance
Improvement, and Director of Care Transformation.
Deeply committed to values of compassion, trust, and growth mindset, he is an
innovator and champion for staff empowerment. One prominent example is
his pioneering work in developing A Loving Organization model to help create
sustainable and profitable organizations through a loving systems based approach.
Dr. Gupta completed his Internal Medicine training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical
Center in Boston, MA, received an M.D. and Sc.B. from Brown University, as
well as an M.P.H. from Harvard University.

Sam Khozin, MD

Sam Khozin is an entrepreneur who happens to be a doctor,  partner at MKC Health, and host of the

"We’re All Patients" podcast. He’s out to redefine healthcare in the US, with special focus on access, quality

of care + overall experience, and transforming (un)common sense into common practice. 

Currently, hospitals reach out to Sam for a 1-day turnaround denied/underpaid claims audit,

and operations consulting needs.

Diana Londoño, MD

Dr. Diana Londoño is a Board-Certified Urologist and one of the 10% of urologists in the US who are women and

the 0.5% who are Latinx and women.  She is originally from Mexico City and attended Claremont McKenna College

for her undergraduate studies and then went on to attend UCLA for medical school. She completed a 6-year residency

in Urology at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles.

 

She has experienced burnout twice, which has led her to write and speak about it to raise awareness and help others.

She has published multiple articles in prominent medical platforms, including Medscape, Doximity, Kevin MD, Men’s Health,

Giddy.com, and WebMD, among others. She is also a contributing author to the books “Thriving After Burnout”

and “Medic S.O.S.”  She has also been a guest on numerous podcasts, discussing various topics,

including wellness, stress, spirituality, and energy.

 

Her burnout journey led her to become a certified life coach and founder of Physician Coach Support.com,

a peer support platform she ran for 3 years. In 2022, she received the Los Angeles County Medical Association

Physician Leadership Award for her work.

 

She is an international speaker and guest on multiple podcasts, discussing topics such as wellness, boundaries, ego,

humanity in medicine, mindset, and mindfulness. She has also been featured on TV on Univision, Telemundo, Mundo Fox,

CNN Latino, KCET, and ABC News as a health consultant discussing urological topics.

She is also a Reiki Master and a Pranic Healer, and the mother of two determined and

joyful 7 and 9-year-old girls, Daniela and Paloma. 

Ambreen Nadeem

Ambreen Nadeem is a Psychologist, Founder of Psychology Talks and Co-Founder of

Save Lives Project. She is an Amazon bestselling author and a keynote speaker.

She is a Podcast host of Psychology Talks and a Mental Health Advocate.

Ambreen is actively spreading awareness and helping people to deal

with mental health issues through counseling, blogs, podcasts, and live shows.

Amber Pena Posey

Amber Pena Posey is a modern-day medicine woman who guides visionary women, entrepreneurs and

helping professionals out of boredom, burnout and boxed-in experiences into soul-fulfilling passion and purpose from

the inside out. She is traditionally trained as an integrative nurse practitioner and psychotherapist and

consciously deconstructed guide and catalyst for soul initiation and vital creative living.

Valerie Probstfeld, RN, MSN, FNP-BC

Valerie Probstfeld is an Author, Nurse Practitioner, Founder of To Mom Is To Love, flutist,

and keynote speaker. With a master’s degree from Yale University, her professional

background spans pediatric neurology and primary care. Valerie is the podcast host of

To Mom Is To Love, Mental Backroads and Highways, and an advocate for

mental health and wellness.

Darlene Schindel, ​RN, BScN, MHS, CPC

Darlene Schindel is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Health Studies in

Leadership, a Certified Professional Coach, with a Certificate in Deep Coaching,

and Certified in 3D Health Systems Transformation.

Darlene is a passionate advocate for the health and wellbeing of healthcare

professionals and all those they care for. During a career that has spanned over

40 years, she has taken on many different roles and tackled various issues and

challenges, all with astounding success.

In 2013 she received the Alberta Medical Association Medal of Honour, which is

awarded each year to a non-physician for their contribution to healthcare in

Alberta.

She has come to be known as the Nurses’ Nurse. Dedicated to bringing

transformational leadership, coaching, and mentoring to nurses and other

healthcare professionals. She is passionate about listening to, teaching and

inspiring nurses to use their voice and heart to engage in systems redesign where

they work and supports them on this journey.

Danilo Sirias, Ph.D.

Dr. Sirias has a master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Ph.D. in
Business Administration from The University of Memphis. He is also a certified Critical Chain
Project Manager, TOCFE trainer, and TOCICO thinking process implementer.  
Dr. Sirias is currently a Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at
Saginaw Valley State University. Dr. Sirias’ research interests include how the Theory of
Constraints can improve patient flow in Emergency Departments, Inpatient Units,
Operating Rooms, and Outpatient Clinics.  He is a co-author of the book: 
"Smash the Bottleneck: Fixing Patient Flow for Better Care." In 2019, he was selected
Practitioner of the Year by the Theory of Constraints International Certification
Organization (TOCICO) for his work in education. Additionally, Dr. Sirias
is the creator of the Problem-Solving Maps methodology, an innovative approach to teaching
mathematics. PSM is currently being used by hundreds of teachers in different countries. In 2022,
Dr. Sirias received a $245,000 grant from the Michigan Health Endowment Fund
to apply the Theory of Constraints to improve access to behavioral health clinics. In 2024, he received
the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to the TOC Body of Knowledge.
In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Sirias is a former chess Olympiad.

Henrietta Szutorisz, Ph.D.

Henrietta Szutorisz is a biomedical scientist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience in

healthcare research and innovation. Her work has appeared in top journals, earned prestigious awards,

and received broad media attention. She is currently the founder and CEO of Objective Recovery, a startup applying

neuroscience and technology to develop personalized solutions for addiction and mental health challenges.

Having overcome serious addiction and other mental health struggles herself, Henrietta brings rare insight

and empathy to her mission of making healing more effective and fulfilling. She also consults with healthcare organizations

to develop science-informed, sustainable solutions for recovery, behavioral health, and systems-level change.

Dr. Nhu Truong

Dr. Nhu Truong is a recognized holistic health expert, clinical pharmacist, and mindfulness kindness leadership

into breakthrough. As the founder of KN Health Consulting, she brings over 23 years of cross-industry expertise
